MMS round guide system

The round guide system from Kemmler+Riehle enables linear and rotary within the MMS modular system without leaving the MMS standard.

Two guide units, consisting of a bearing housing and a bush, together with an aluminium profile from the MMS44 series form the basis of every round guide system.
To complete the system, the basic assembly is guided on a steel shaft, which is fixed and fastened by means of two mounting units.

Round guide systems with a shaft diameter of Ø12 mm, Ø20 mm and Ø30 mm are available.
When using a shaft with a diameter of Ø12 mm or Ø20 mm, a square profile with a cross-section of 40x40 mm is required to connect the basic assembly used, whereas when using a shaft with Ø30 mm, a suqare profile with a cross-section of 60x60 mm is used.

In the case of linear guides, the shaft is made of the shaft steel Cf53Cr (hard chrome-plated), in the case of rotary guides from the stainlees steel V2A.
